WharfeBank is a 100% privately owned, independent Yorkshire based brewery dedicated to the fine art of brewing premium cask ales.

It is our mission to create and deliver a range of distinct, refreshing and entertaining beers that are perfectly suited to the diverse and demanding tastes of the real ale connoisseur, interested amateur and occasional drinker alike.

Martin Kellaway, ex-sales director at Caledonian has enlisted the services of Master Brewer and former Head Brewer at Tetley’s Cask, Ian Smith to deliver the very best in craft brewing.

By combining tradition with technology, experience with innovation and passion with patience, we have not only created a core range of wonderfully unique beers but can also guarantee that all-important consistent high quality which landlords and consumers can rely on.

We supply our core range and special guest beers throughout the North of England and beyond. Our beers are distributed personally where possible by the WharfeBank team. Using the excellent SIBA Direct Delivered Scheme our core ales are able to reach many drinkers in the northern area. We also distribute to national pub companies, and supply cask ale specialist wholesalers, where our quality is always maintained.
